To mark an email as Spam:
1. Open Outlook.
2. Select the email you believe is spam.
3. Manually move it to your Spam or Junk folder


To mark an email as 'Not Spam' / 'Not Junk' (false positive):
1. Open Outlook.
2. Go to your Spam or Junk folder.
3. Select the email that was wrongly classified.
4. Manually move it back to your Inbox.


Note:
a. Manually moving emails between Inbox and Spam/Junk ensures correct folder placement for spam filter training purposes.

b. This action affects your mailbox only. If you want spam filter to block senders and apply to all mailboxes, please follow the instruction here.

c. Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to take effect. After that, you may proceed to delete them at the Spam/Junk folder

d. You should occasionally empty Spam/Junk folder because the space that it uses counts towards your email quota limit.
