To mark an email as Spam:
1. Log in to your Webmail account.
2. Select on the email you want to report.
3. Click the "Spam" or "Junk" button located at the top of the Webmail interface.
4. The message will be moved to your Spam/Junk folder, and spam filter will learn from it.
To mark an email as Not Spam (false positive):
1. Log in to your Webmail account.
2. Go to your Spam/Junk folder.
3. Select the email that shouldn't be marked as spam.
4. Click the "Not Spam" or "Not Junk" button located at the top of the Webmail interface.
5. The email will be moved back to your Inbox, and the spam filter will learn from it.
Note:
a. Marking emails as spam or not spam helps train the spam filter for your mailbox only. It does not affect other users on your domain. If you want to apply to all email addresses under your account, please follow the steps in our guide here.
b. Please allow up to 24 hours for changes to take effect.
c. You should occasionally empty Spam/Junk folder because the space that it uses counts towards your email quota limit.
