Internet Service Provider blocked port 25 Print

If your Internet Service Provider (ISP) blocked port 25 and you are not able to send out emails, change your outgoing SMTP port to 26 and try to send the email again.
At Online Ion, we open port 26 as an alternative port.

If port 26 do not work for you, contact us and we will assist you in the troubleshooting.

It is also recommended to ask your ISP to enable port 25.
