iPhone IMAP error “Unable to Move Message" when delete message to trash.
When moving or deleting an email on your iPhone with IMAP settings, you may get the following error.
'Unable to Move Message', 'The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash'.
To fix this error, please follow the following steps.
1. Go to Settings bu selecting Settings Icon.
2. At the Settings page, tap on 'Mail, Contacts, Calendars.' row.
3. Go to your email Account.
4. At the Account page, tap on Advanced row.
5. At the Advanced page, tap on the 'IMAP Path Prefix' row.
6. Enter INBOX in capitals, then tap on ‘Accounts’ button at the top left than click ‘Done’ button at the top right to save the settings.
