Open New Ticket Request Print

When it comes to getting support from us at Online Ion, you need to know how to open a new ticket or check the status of an existing one from our Support Portal. To do so, please follow these steps.


1. Login to Support Portal
There are two ways.

1a. Go to https://support.onlineion.com, than click on Login

1b. Go directly to the Support Portal login page at https://support.onlineion.com/clientarea.php


2. Enter your email (Registered with Online Ion) and password and click on 'Login' button to proceed.

3. After successful login, you can proceed to open a new ticket.
There are two ways

3a. Go to Title bar and click on 'Open Ticket'

Or

3b. Just below right side of Knowledgebase search bar.

4. At the 'Open Ticket' page, select the appropriate department to open a new Ticket.

5. Enter the Subject, select the correct Department (if wrong), select Related Service and enter your message.
Once completed, enter 'Spam Bot Verification' and click on Submit button.
You will receive an acknowledgement email when we have received it.
