The Spam Scoring filter has been designed with great care to prevent this from happening.

The "Spam Scoring Mode" checks each email message sent to your account and assigns a score to several Spam filters (Bayesian , MX/A , PTR , HELO , SPF , RBL , URIBL , BOMBre , PB), sums the scores and determines if the email should be considered as Spam.  You can report false positives and read all your Spam via email.
