1 Login to your account by accessing the Client Area https://support.onlineion.com/clientarea.php
2. Click the “Services” tab and select “My Services”. See arrow 1.
3. Select the Hosting plan belongs to the respective domain.
In this example from the screenshot below, we’re going to select 'Web Hosting BMS06'. See arrow 2.
4. At the 'Product Details' page, you should able to perform all frequent cPanel features at 'Quick Shortcuts', or you can log in directly to cPanel from the Action panel on the left. See arrow 3.
Remark: If you need to assign someone to manage the cPanel, for security reasons, it is best to create a sub-account for them instead of using the main account. Please follow the instruction here: Add Sub-Account
